Eight regional teams, divided into two groups, competed for the top spots in the Tajikistan Youth League "Umed" (U-18). In the group stage, games were played in a single round-robin format. Then, four teams advanced to the playoff stage, forming semi-final pairs.

Bronze medals of the Tajikistan Youth League "Umed" (U-18) went to the "RSHVSM" team, which defeated "Mokhir" youth 2:1 in the third-place match. The decisive final match of the tournament, featuring "Istiklol" and "Dushanbe-2," was very intense. Regular time ended with a 2:2 draw, and in the penalty shootout, luck smiled upon "Istiklol" players – 5:4.
